Returns and Refunds

At DNA Security, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Conditions

You may return products within 7 days of receiving them if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging

• The item is in resalable condition

• You have proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Used items

• Custom or special-order products

• Installed or damaged items unless defective

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, using your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is defective

• The wrong item was sent
